    Every money calculation is tested on real orders

    Before a restaurant switches over, every calculation that touches money is tested against real orders.

  2. 02

    A guest is never charged twice

    Each card charge carries its own reference. If a connection drops mid-payment, Kuber recovers that exact charge instead of starting a new one.

  3. 03

    Every release passes a 29-check outage drill

    Any release that touches orders, payments, the kitchen or syncing between devices has to pass the full drill before it ships.

    New features start small

    We pilot new features at a few restaurants first, running alongside the old app, before they reach everyone.

    The assistant can only do what the person using it is allowed to do. It never moves money.
