From the first call to the final payment
Every order moves through the same five steps, and the quote shows where each one stands.
- 01
Quote
Find or add the guest, set the date, time and guest count, and build from a package or from scratch. Email the quote to the guest.
- 02
Confirm with a deposit
Take 50%, 25% or any amount by card, debit or cash. The first deposit confirms the quote, and the guest gets a Payment received email.
- 03
Prep with the checklist
Each quote gets a default prep checklist from your master checklist items. Tick them off as the team packs.
- 04
Deliver or hand over
Delivery to the event address, or pickup at your door. Print only the sections each person needs.
- 05
Complete when paid
Take the balance, then complete the quote. The Catering report in Reports shows what’s still outstanding.
