FAQ

What pages come with the ordering site?
Home, Order online, Menu, Gallery, About, Contact and Reservations, plus a page for every dish and category. You set the brand colour, banners, announcements, social links and a catering menu PDF from Kuber.
Can the ordering site use my own domain?
Your site is set up and managed from Kuber. [Confirm custom-domain setup.]
Can guests order for later in the week?
Yes. Guests choose ASAP or schedule up to 5 days ahead. Pickup times come in 15-minute steps, and delivery windows match the slot length you set.
How do online orders reach the kitchen?
A cloud-print listener prints each new online order with a sound. Future orders print a set number of minutes ahead, and every order shows in the Online list in the POS.
How do guests pay?
By card through Finix, CardConnect or TSYS, or with Apple Pay. Guests can tip 15, 18 or 20% or a custom amount, and get an emailed receipt.
What do guests see when we’re closed?
The site shows “Not accepting orders” with your hours and offers the next available time, so guests can schedule instead.
Will search engines find my menu?
Yes. The full menu is in the page HTML, each dish and category has its own page with structured data, and Kuber builds a sitemap. You can edit the title, description and keywords, use Generate with AI, and add your Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics IDs.
