A night on the floor

From the first booking to the last tip, every part of service runs on the same tables and the same orders.

  1. 5:30 PMReservations fill

Bookings and walk-ins land in one list. When a table frees up, you see which one, and seat the next party from the waitlist.

  2. 7:00 PMRush

Order by seat and send. Tables flag when nothing has been sent. If the internet drops, tables and kitchen printing keep working.

  3. 9:30 PMBills and tips

Print the bill, split it, and take payment at the table. Tips go on the terminal or the receipt, and you can adjust them later.

  4. 11:00 PMClose

Staff clock out, and the night’s sales and tips are already in your reports, by employee and by role.

Kitchen

Every station gets the right ticket

Servers ring in by guest and seat, with sizes, add-ons and notes. Send, and each station sees only its items, on a kitchen printer or the kitchen display.

Explore kitchen display

Every seat, every detail

Lines by guest and seat, with sizes, add-ons that follow your rules, and notes the kitchen can read.

A ticket for each station

Send once and each station gets only its items, on a kitchen printer or the kitchen display. Reprint any ticket.

Voids need a manager

A void asks for a manager passcode and a reason, so every removed item is accounted for.

Payments

Settle up at the table

Take payment at the table on Dejavoo terminals. Split the bill, take part now and the rest later, and let guests tip on the screen or on the receipt.

Explore payments

Split it, or pay part

Split the bill between guests, or take a partial payment and leave the rest open on the check.

Tips now or later

Guests tip on the terminal or on the receipt. Adjust receipt tips after the guest leaves.

Cash and gift cards

Take cash on a register and accept gift cards on the same check. Fees and taxes are already on it.

Close the night knowing it’s done

Daily sales, employee tips and the dashboard are ready when the last check closes. Ask Kuber what’s left before you lock up.

FAQ

Can I set up the floor plan myself?
Yes. Add floors, place tables, and add partitions and labels so the plan matches your room. Each table then shows its status during service.
What happens if the internet drops during service?
Tables and kitchen printing keep working, so servers can keep seating guests and sending orders to the kitchen.
How do tips work on the Dejavoo terminals?
Guests can tip on the terminal screen, or write the tip on the printed receipt. Receipt tips can be adjusted later, and the employee tips report shows the totals.
Can I add a fee for large parties?
Yes. Set a large-party fee that applies when a table reaches the guest count you choose. Staff can also add service fees, and taxes and tax exemptions apply on each check.
