FAQ
Which card terminals and readers work with Kuber?
Dejavoo P1, P8 and P18 handhelds run Kuber in the app, with a Debit button, or take charges over SPIn. The Finix D135 Bluetooth reader is picked from a list on the POS. You can also key in a card through CardConnect or Finix.
How do I add a printer?
Scan for printers on your Wi-Fi from the POS, or plug one in by USB. Each menu item can print to its own station, so the grill and the bar get their own tickets.
What if a kitchen ticket doesn’t print?
Kuber tells you which printer missed which ticket and keeps the order safe. Tap Retry, send it to another printer or mark it as sent.
How does the cash drawer open?
The cash drawer connects to the receipt printer and opens when you take a cash payment.
What does the customer display show?
On an Android POS with a built-in second screen, such as Sunmi, the guest sees the cart and totals as you ring them in, the payment as it goes through and a thank-you. Between orders it shows an image carousel.
Can I use devices I already own?
