Kuber Tables

Know every table
at a glance.

A live floor plan for every floor. Free tables show their seats, open tables show guests and time seated, and any table open past 90 minutes turns red.

Run a full dining room from one screen

Tap a free table to seat it. Tap an open table to go straight to its order.

Seat a party

Tap a free table and the guest keypad opens. Zero guests is refused. QR ordering starts from your location setting, and the table gets a 4-digit security code you can print on this device’s receipt printer.

Move or convert

If the party moves, pick the new table. Occupied tables are refused, and the kitchen prints a MOVE ticket so the food follows the guests. If they decide to take it home, convert the order to to-go at to-go prices.

Waitlist meets the floor

When a table frees up, a banner names it and how many it seats, with Seat for the next party waiting. Long tables, failed kitchen prints and a table holding two open orders show up on the floor too.

Every open check in one list

The open orders list shows every dine-in check with its receipt, employee, table, amount and the time it was created. Totals sit at the bottom, so the check open the longest is easy to spot.

FAQ

Can I set up the floor plan myself?
Yes. Managers use Dine-in setup to add floors, place tables in five shapes, add partitions and text labels, and drag everything into position. The floor plan keeps those positions.
What do the table colours mean?
A free table shows its seat count. An open table shows the guest count and how long they have been seated. After 90 minutes it turns red. The legend is always on screen.
What happens when a party moves tables?
Open the order, choose Move table and pick a free table. Occupied tables are refused. The kitchen gets a MOVE ticket, for example T5 → T7.
Do servers see the floor plan on their phones?
Phones open the table list by default: a two-column grid sorted naturally, so T2 comes before T10. The Floor/List toggle switches to the floor plan, which scales to fit and supports pinch-zoom.
How does QR ordering work with tables?
When you seat a table, the QR ordering switch starts from your location setting and shows a 4-digit security code. Print the code on this device’s receipt printer. Managers can download a QR code per table, or all tables as one zip.
What if a floor has no tables yet?
The empty floor screen links straight to Dine-in setup, so a manager can place the first tables.
