Ask Kuber is the assistant inside your POS. It finds orders, answers from your own numbers, puts orders on a table and fills in forms. You check, then you press Save.

One box for the whole shift
Type, or hold to talk. Type @ to point at a menu item, category, table or open order. It does the same jobs you do, at the speed you ask.
- Go“Take me to close the day”Jumps straight to the screen. It runs on the device, so it’s instant and works offline.
- Find“What’s on table 7?”Pulls up an order, table or ticket as a card you can open. “Order 1043” works too.

- Can’t“Refund 1043”“A person has to do that.” It opens the right screen so you can.

You stay in charge
Ask Kuber has the same powers as the person signed in, never more. Role permissions and manager passcode steps work exactly as they do today. Before anything changes, you see what will change, by name.

Confirm before changes
Quick changes and floor moves show what will change, in names, and wait for Confirm. A confirm card expires after 2 minutes. Sending to the kitchen always needs Confirm.
Undo for 10 minutes
Every change ends with a done card and an Undo button that stays for 10 minutes. Each one is kept as an audit record.
What it will never do
Some jobs stay with people. When you ask for one, Ask Kuber says so and opens the right screen.

On the counter iPad, the desk computer or your phone, Ask Kuber opens at the size that fits the moment.
Docked panel
Sits on the right and pushes the screen over. It stays open while you move around the app.
Phone sheet and mini bar
Tap the round ✦ button to open a sheet, or hold it to talk. While the app moves, the sheet drops to a mini bar.
Full-screen chat
Room for longer questions, with your saved conversations on the left.

What needs you, in one list
A live list of orders that need review, kitchen tickets that didn’t go through and table alerts like an unpaid bill. A red badge shows the count. It keeps working offline.
Keep the answers you check daily
Pin a stats card from the chat to your Home screen. Keep up to six. They refresh on their own.
