Rates to three decimals

Name each rate and enter it to three decimal places. Turn a rate on or off, or copy it to start a new one.

Combine rates into one group and Kuber shows the combined percentage, right on the card.

Make a fee a flat amount or a percentage, choose the order types it covers, and decide when it applies. A fee can also be paid out to employees.

Hours & availability

A week of hours for every channel

Each channel gets its own seven days with named time slots like Lunch and Dinner. Copy hours from another channel, and hide tagged items during a slot, like breakfast after 11.

FAQ

How do staff sign in, and what can they do?

Each employee has a 5-digit passcode and a user role. The role decides which of the 24 modules they can view, create, update, delete or authorize. You can also turn on Track work hours and set job roles with a wage for each person.

Who can approve a void?

Anyone whose role has Authorize switched on. When an action like a void needs approval, a manager enters their passcode to approve it.

I run more than one location. Can I see them together?

Yes. Owners with more than one location get a location picker in Reports. Franchise locations can also block a role from syncing to them.

When I change a setting, when do my other devices see it?

Kuber works on iPad, desktop and phone. Other devices pick up a settings change after they refresh.

Can I show my own images on the customer display?

Yes. Add customer display images in settings and they show on the screen your guests see.
