Kuber Events & pop-ups

Pop-ups, festivals and stalls, with stock that counts itself

Give a market stall, pop-up or festival its own menu and its own stock. Take orders and payment on a phone or a Dejavoo handheld, and see what’s left as you sell.

How it works

Set it up in the morning, sell by the evening

  1. Create the event

Name it and set when it ends. The end date and time must be in the future, and the event joins your Events list.

  2. Pick items and stock

Choose what sells at the event, category by category. Give each item a count or leave it Unlimited. Event pricing comes with the item.

  3. Sell from your phone

Open the event, tap New order and ring up what’s in stock. Tap Pay and hand it over. Nothing has to go to a kitchen first.

Event stock

Stock that counts itself

Give each event item a count, or leave it Unlimited. Every item added to an order takes one from stock. At zero it shows Sold out for the event, and the order screen only lists what’s still in stock.

Explore menu management

Stock returns on void

Remove a line or void an order and the items go straight back into stock.

Counters on every event

The Events list shows total, completed and void orders for each event, next to its end time.

Pay without a kitchen

Event orders can be paid straight away, with nothing sent to a kitchen. Offers, Void and Pay sit on every order.

FAQ

Is Events available in the new Kuber app?
[Events is in Kuber Mobile today; confirm availability in the new app]
Do I need a kitchen printer or screen at the event?
No. Event orders can be paid without sending anything to a kitchen, so a phone or a Dejavoo handheld is enough to take the order and the payment.
What happens when an item runs out?
Each item with a count loses one every time it’s added to an order. At zero it shows Sold out for the event, and the order screen only lists items still in stock. Removing a line or voiding an order puts the stock back.
Which prices do event orders use?
They use the event pricing already set on each item, so there is no separate price list to build for the event.
Can I delete an event I set up by mistake?
Yes, as long as it has no orders. Once an event has orders, its counts stay on the Events list. You can still edit it from the list.
Can I run more than one event?
Yes. The Events list shows each event with its end time and live counts of total, completed and void orders.
